Alfred is a gifted cook with twenty years of pastry experience. His last position was the Head Chef of Excelsior Hotel.
He is enthusiastic to assist you into the fun world of pastry. He teaches the special techniques required in the production of pastries, tortes and cakes, creams, and exquisite chocolate articles, and introduces you to the skill of artistic sugar work.
COUP Kitchen is located in a convenient district near Victoria Park, and occupies the whole floor of a commercial building. The workshop is stylishly decorated with modern, state-of-the-art kitchen, fully-equipped, and spacious.
Classes are limited in number of students and are designed to provide personal attention. Each student prepares her own dish and has her own cooking utensils, oven and ingredients.
COUP Kitchen is dedicated to excellence. All ingredients are guaranteed fine in quality. Our desire is that all students’ finished products are compared to 5 stars hotel standard.

For your convenience, COUP Kitchen provides apron, recipe details, nice packing for the cake take-away and locker for storage.
The workshop has a member’s leisure area, where you may share your cooking experience with other members. Frequently, events for free tasting of our new products or seminars are held in COUP Kitchen.
